We work with primary care teams, healthcare trainees, caregivers, and patients to increase their confidence and knowledge to provide age-friendly care. We also work with local and state-wide partners to make Oregon more age-friendly.

Become an Age-Friendly Clinical Care Site

The Oregon GWEP is enrolling primary care clinics and long-term care facilities in a mentorship course to develop Age-Friendly Health Systems and achieve Age-Friendly recognition. We offer no-cost education and training, mentorship, evaluation support, and Age-Friendly Health System application guidance to help clinical teams become certified Age-Friendly Health Systems.

Behavioral Health & Aging Conference

OCEBHA is hosting its 3rd Annual Behavioral Health & Aging Conference. The theme is Navigating the Intersection of Justice and Dignity in Older Adult Behavioral Health. The event will be at the Wilsonville Conference Center and is free to attend.
